The Evolution of Society

The Evolution of Society was a University project I completed in my second year. Our brief was to take a jumble of words or phrases from Philip K. Dick’s, Do Android’s Dream of Electric Sheep. I chose to work on a sentence I had jumbled together from the given passage which read “The evolution of technology supplants all things tangible”.

I then explored what things in modern life I believed to have been merely reduced to the phoney or fake due to the presence of technology and created a 3 part poster series.
