Resonate set out to bring some of the most elite DJ’s in techno to the seaside resort that is Blackpool. In his first year he put on 5 events in a grotty club in the middle of town called UnderBar. The turnout for these events were phenomenal and Josh soon realised that he had acquired a loyal following of ravers.
